Standard Package: £130 per annum.

This package includes;

Fortnightly visits to your property where we will carry out internal and external inspections. We will email you a full report, including any problems that we might find, and if necessary we will arrange for quotations for the work needed, and await confirmation from you before any work is carried out.

Key holding - your keys will be kept in safe location and will be available for you or your guests from our office during working hours, or by arrangement, we can issue your keys to the company who will provide you with your transfer. The person collecting will need to provide identification.

We will collect your utility bills from your property and we will arrange payment of them on your behalf, if you do not have a standing order organised. All bills and receipts will be issued to you.

Arrangement for cleaning as required, cleaning prior to and after your guests have visited, also preparing your property for the start and end of the season. Cleaning available for your guests during their stay. (at an extra cost, please see our price list.)

Arrangement of laundry service (please see our price list.)

Obtain quotes on your behalf for home and contents insurance, including third party liability, ideal for rental properties, aswell as compulsory earthquake insurance. Policies taken with an English speaking European insurance company.

Arrangement of airport transfers and car hire with a licensed reputable company, prices available on request.

Holiday rental package: £160 per annum.

This is an ideal package for people who rent out their properties for holidays.

We will provide you and your guests a contact telephone number (English speaking) should you or your guests require any assistance during a holiday.

Arrangement for a 'welcome pack' to the property. This will include bread, butter, milk, eggs, water, tea, coffee and sugar. (prices on request).

Meeting your guests on their arrival, (the next morning if on a night flight), giving them useful information on the property and the surrounding area such as the local bus route, local shops and information on the local area.

We will go to your property after your guests have departed and take a full inventory, reporting back to you with any problems, missing or broken items. This is an essential service if you hold a damage deposit from your guests.

POOL AND GARDEN MAINTENANCE prices will be given on request for garden and pool maintenance.

ADMINISTRATION Legal advice: We can ensure you receive good legal assistance from reputable law firms in Turkey. Turkish Residency Permits: We guide you through the red tape. Turkish/English Translation: Our translators can help you break the language barrier. Insurance: Reputable insurance companies to safe guard your property and possessions in Turkey.
